2. Affiliate Account Registration

4. Commission and Payment

  3. Payments will be made via the selected payout method once the minimum payout threshold is reached.

5. Prohibited Activities

  1. Affiliates must not use their affiliate links for self-purchases.
  2. Affiliates must not engage in spamming or unsolicited email marketing.
  3. Affiliates must not use any form of paid advertising to promote their affiliate links.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. DEKAJAV grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its trademarks and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting DEKAJAV.
  2. Unauthorized use of DEKAJAV's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination

  1. DEKAJAV reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.
  2. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotional activities and remove all DEKAJAV-related content from your platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. DEKAJAV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.

9. Governing Law

  1. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
  2. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida State.

10. Changes to These Terms

  1. DEKAJAV reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
  2. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
